Full Payment must be received before any pickup or delivery.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We strive to process all orders within 7-14 business days. Due to supply chain shortages, some orders may be delayed.
Should we be experiencing a high volume of orders, or if we expect any delays to your order, we will communicate any expected delays by email.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Our inventory cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
A shipping confirmation will be sent upon shipment of your order and a tracking number will be included. All orders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx requires a Direct Signature for any shipment with a declared value greater than $500 USD.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Atema Partners Corporation is not required to, and does not, collect state Sales or Use tax in states other than TN, CO, NV, and CA. Under state laws, purchases are not tax exempt merely because they were made over the Internet or because a seller is not required to collect state tax. State laws require purchasers in those states to review untaxed purchases, and if any tax is owed, file the appropriate state Use tax return and pay tax due. Atema Partners Corporation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Atema Partners Corporation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or email store@ocd-labs.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
